They offer a large variety and I usually took home more than I planned because the bagels here are really lovely to look at as you wait your turn. The service is quick, as there are sufficient staff to handle all the orders. For a small store it is quite a happening place. Parking is pretty easy here, and you rarely have to walk more than half a block to the store.
I moved to Connecticut this past spring and Zee bagels was one of the things I have missed the most.
Yesterday I made one of my infrequent returns to the Borough and after a scrumptious meal at Jay and Lloyd's across the street, I purchased 2 Dozen beauties to take home to CT. You can't imagine how much I appreciate Brooklyn's best bagels now that they are inaccessible. Enjoy!
PS the flavor of their poppy seeds really stands out. read less

Typically I order the fresh lox and cream cheese toasted bagel with scallion cream cheese spread. It's made perfectly and taste/aesthetics wise it's a 10/10. Their home fries are also quite good but the cherry on top is their coffee. I'm not sure how but they make it just the way I like it not too sweet or strong but the right amount of caffeine and sugar. Zee Bagels is definitely a South Brooklyn staple and I'll continue ordering from here! read less

They put love into their food and the workers are always so friendly. Oh and their coffee is also great which is super important to me . And the price of the food is so reasonable !!!!!!!!!! Frank is there to help you anyway he can. He used to work at Bagel Boy over 10 years ago and now helping to run this bagel place.
Im always ordering breakfast that they r catering for my family on holidays or birthdays.
They always arrive at 8am sharp w/smile and dozen bagels double tasted w/cream cheese and grilled bacon. Yummy!!! Coffee is always hot comes with extra milk and sugar. I always find something extra they never forget to add. Only once they forgot to deliver home fries, which actually is so delicious.. so I called, and guess what?... in 30 min delivery guy came back with one extra home fries and a little container of rainbow cookies. They r very sweet and hard working people. Highly recommend them to everybody. read less

I've never been so in love with anything nor have I craved anything as much as I do these chicken wraps. These wraps stay on my mind from the time I wake up till the time I go to sleep. I'll take pictures next time but subway got nothing on them and they on the cusp with bagel boy, I'm my opinion.
I don't like sandwiches with more bread than sandwich ingredients and Zee bagels is far from stingy.
I also really like their French fries and quesadillas. Favorite wrap/sandwich is Nostrand Ave and grease ball. Tuna melt with plain tuna is also good but I add lettuce tomatoes onion and pickles to make it my perfect.
You can get any sandwich in any bread or wrap and vice versa.
Breakfast cones with fries or potatoes and a decent sized omelette that you can ask to have any way you like. I like an extra egg, sausage, cheese and mushrooms with any other veggies I can think of.

Thankfully they expanded their delivery range to accommodate more customers. They are the BEST bagel place I have found that delivers to me. Plus, they understand the importance of offering everything bagels, whole wheat everything bagels, AND egg everything bagels. All of them delicious! Good food, good and fast service. I have been a customer for quite awhile. First, the staff is very polite helpful and quick. Like really quick. I had an order with approximately 8 different items and I was reading each one of the items one by one when the young man simply said to just TELL him the entire order and he would prepare everything. Which he did. He remembered everything I said. I work on the avenue and we get bagels delivered to our business every Saturday. Mini bagels with butter, cream cheese, and vegetable cream cheese. I've lived in Brooklyn my entire life and I must tell you that I have tasted many brooklyn bagels. These are really quite authentic.
Look at the rest of the menu. The breakfast special with eggs in a plate with hand cut potatoes is out of this world. And if I am not mistaken, it's $4 for the plate with toast. The breakfast special is better than any diner in the area. In addition I usually pay anywhere upwards of $8 or more at the diner. I'm not knocking the diners in the area. A lot of good food but you have to try this breakfast special. It's awesome. The potatoes alone are worth it. I wish I had a picture. Next time. read less
